Jesus and Hitler were the Messiah Son of Josephs of their generation. Each has done great harm to the Gentiles and each helped to preserve the Nation of the Jews, thereby accelerating the Tikkun Olam that will bring about the World to Come.

The Messiah Son of Joseph is the left side, the Gentile side. He repels the Jews using the power of the Gentiles to force the Jews towards Israel, which also causes the Gentiles to consume themselves in the process, as in the case of Hitler and Jesus. The Messiah Son of David will then rule over the entire Earth and judge the Gentiles condemning every last one of them to death. Samael, Satan, will concurrently either be chained up for one thousand years, or be destroyed. This will end death for the Jews, because the evil and darkness of Gentiles and Samael is the source of Death and it disappears in their absence. Samael is the Angel of Death and his people, the Gentiles, are demonic and kill Jews. Cabalah teaches that Samael should be chained up in Jerusalem, meaning that Jews should control all opposition groups and use them to serve Jewish agendas.

Joel David Bakst discussed the transition of power from Messiah Son of Joseph to Messiah Son of David, and the notion that death will be "reabsorbed" meaning Samael will be withdrawn,
